Return and right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part in physical possession.

In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item in physical possession.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email to: kontakt@onsk.dk or by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Lack of original packaging may constitute an impairment. So to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
We will send you a return label so you can easily send the goods back to us. If you do not use this return label, you must pay for the package to be returned. You are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you will cancel the agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and handing it in person at the above address by prior arrangement.

We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.

Privacy policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with ØNSK ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data managers at www.onsk.dk are Ønsk ApS. Your information is not sold to third parties.
As registered with ONSK.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to: kontakt@onsk.dk

Payment
At ONSK.dk you can pay with the following:
Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa electron and Mastercard, MobilePay.
Card fee is 0%
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.

Delivery
At ONSK.dk we offer the following options for delivery:
DAO and PostNord.
Shipping prices depend on the par value of the package. Shipping prices are DKK 28-119.

We proceed to ship the package the same day or the day after ordering.

Delivery time is 1-4 business days.

As a customer, you can also pick up the products in person at ØNSK’s address: Esromgade 15, 2200 KBH N, in the period 8-17 on weekdays.

 

Right of appeal
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact kontakt@onsk.dk . If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to:

In addition, the following conditions apply when purchasing a subscription

Bonding period
The subscriptions have no lock-in period. The gift subscriptions have a binding period of up to 12 months.

Duration
As long as the membership exists without notice, there will be a draw for the given subscription price d. 15th day of each month from the registered card. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us by phone or e-mail, or by unsubscribing from your account in My Account .

Please note there is a 4 day notice period. We reserve this so we know how much coffee we need to roast prior to sending out subscriptions.

 

Receipt
After registration and at each draw, a receipt will be delivered per. e-mail.

 

Payment card expired
If your payment card expires, an email will be sent with a link to renew card information.

 

Map information
When registering for automatic debit, you give permission to save all necessary payment card information for use in automatic debiting of your payment card. This information will be deleted when the agreement is terminated.

Drag on your card
You can revoke your permission for us to deduct an amount from your card at any time.

You can also object to “unauthorized charges” to your card provider, however, no later than 8 weeks after the charge, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.

 

The price
All prices include Danish VAT.

 

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day we made the agreement.[in]

The deadline means that you have 14 days from the date of the agreement to let us know that you want to cancel. You can send an email to kontakt@onsk.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.

If you have given your consent for the delivery to start, and you still want to cancel, you must be aware that we will charge a reasonable payment for the part of the subscription that has already been delivered.[ii]. ØNSK ApS demands a compensation for return labels of DKK 36.50.[iii]

We will refund the amount[iv] to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received notice that you will regret the agreement. We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

 

Delivery
The subscriptions are delivered free of charge in Denmark with DAO or PostNord.

The subscription is only delivered to Denmark.

Delivery time is 1-4 business days.

Complaint
Any complaint about the subscription must be addressed directly to ØNSK ApS.

The Purchase Act’s defect rules do not apply to subscriptions.

Whether you have a 2-year right of complaint according to the rules in the Purchase Act therefore depends on what is to be delivered in accordance with the subscription agreement:

Delivery of goods
When delivering goods, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. See the section above on the right to make a complaint.

Special conditions
In case of attempted withdrawal of money twice, we close the subscription. After closing the subscription, however, the amount due will not lapse, and an invoice with the amount due and a reminder fee of DKK 100 will be sent. If the amount due has not been paid, the case is transferred to debt collection.
